Parts Sales, Returns & Warranty Policy
All parts and accessories sold by Blue Sky Carts LLC are subject to the following terms.
Warranty Coverage
- New parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of receipt, unless otherwise stated.
- Rebuilt, take-off, OEM, or refurbished parts carry a 90-day limited warranty.
- If a manufacturer provides a longer warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.
- Warranty coverage applies to parts only. Labor, diagnostics, installation, service calls, and incidental or consequential damages are not covered.
Blue Sky Carts LLC reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue store credit for verified defective parts, at our discretion.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Improper or incorrect installation
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Electrical damage due to incorrect wiring or voltage
- Parts that have been installed, altered, or damaged
Parts tested and found not defective will be returned to the customer with no credit issued.
Electrical & Electronic Parts
- Electrical and electronic items may require testing prior to warranty determination.
- Please allow up to 30 days for testing, evaluation, and resolution.
- If an item is tested and determined not defective, it will be returned with no credit issued.
- All electrical items must be returned unused, complete, and in original packaging.
Returns & RMA Authorization
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before returning any part.
- Items returned without an RMA may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- RMA authorizations are valid for 60 days from issue date.
- Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in original packaging.
Special Order Items
- Special order or made-to-order items are final sale.
- These items may only be returned in the case of a verified manufacturer defect.
Restocking Fees
- Non-warranty or customer-error returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Items returned over 90 days from purchase may not be eligible for return or credit.
Shipping Damage & Shortages
Claims submitted after 5 business days may be denied.
Shipping shortages or damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt or refused at time of delivery.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
